The short version

We make small wellbeing products to help with everyday emotional regulation. Each one takes about five seconds, asks for nothing in return, and lives on its own little website. No accounts. No notifications. No noise.

Why small

Most wellbeing apps want a lot from you. A subscription. A long onboarding. A push notification at 8am to remind you to feel better. Twenty minutes a day.

We're trying the opposite. Small enough that you can use it in the lift. Light enough that you forget it exists until you need it. And kind enough that when you do come back, it's quietly pleased to see you.

Some of our products do keep a quiet count of how often you visit, because for some people that gentle continuity is part of what helps. But there is never a guilt trip for missing a day, and never a notification to pull you back in. The pace is yours.

Why characters

A friendly cow. A thoughtful cat. A gentle dog. Each product is anchored by a small character because emotional support that feels human can be the hardest kind to make. A small animal voice gives us permission to be warm without being preachy, and playful without being twee.

They are not therapists. They are not friends. They are small, generous illustrations that hand you a sentence and quietly step back.

What we don't do

Who's behind it

Wellbeing Tips is built by Kensington Square Therapy Limited (no. 16707111, registered in England & Wales). We're a small team in the UK, making these slowly and quietly. Not venture-backed, not in a hurry, not building to flip. The plan is to keep it that way.

If you'd like to support us

Every product is free, and always will be. But if one of them landed for you and you want to say thank you, each has a small companion shop:

There is no obligation. The shops are a quiet thank-you option, not a sales funnel, and nothing inside the products themselves asks you to spend.

What's quietly being made

More small wellbeing products are on the way. A guided breathing ritual. A gentle reframe tool. Tiny rituals designed for classrooms and bedrooms. Each one will take its time. When something is ready, you'll hear from us through a quiet note, a few times a year at most.
